Privacy Policy

What we collect

You give us:

• Your email address, and a Google account identifier if you sign in with Google;
• Market selections and any screenshots you upload for analysis — sent to our AI provider, then not retained;
• Messages you send us through support.

We collect automatically:

• Your IP address (and the country/timezone derived from it), browser, OS, and device type at sign-up and login;
• Usage analytics — pages visited, tools used, and timestamps;
• A first-party session cookie for authentication, plus Google Analytics cookies used to measure traffic (see Cookies below).

From our payment processor: subscription status from Stripe. Your full card details are stored by Stripe, not by us.

How we use it

• To run the service — signing you in, analyzing markets, and picks;
• To send transactional messages like receipts and alerts;
• To detect fraud and rate-limit abuse;
• To improve and debug the product.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the providers that run Predicty, and only as needed to operate the service:

• Vercel — hosts the application and processes requests to it.
• Google Gemini— receives your market details and uploaded screenshots to generate analysis, under Google’s privacy terms.
• Google — handles Google sign-in when you choose to authenticate that way.
• Google Analytics — receives page views, referrer, approximate location derived from your IP, and device and browser details, so we can see which parts of Predicty get used. It never receives your market details, uploaded screenshots, or analysis results.

We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Cookies

We use a first-party session cookie to keep you signed in, and Google Analytics sets its own cookies (_ga and a property-specific _ga_*) to tell repeat visits apart and group them into sessions. These last up to two years and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site ad tracking, or fingerprinting, and we do not run remarketing or ad-personalisation through Analytics. You can block the Analytics cookies with Google’s opt-out browser add-on or any standard tracker blocker; the rest of Predicty works normally without them.

Retention

• Account data is kept while your account is active, and for a short period after deletion;
• Uploaded screenshots are not retained after analysis;
• Logs and analytics are kept for about 90 days.

Your rights

You can view and correct your profile in Settings, cancel your subscription anytime, and request deletion of your account by emailing us. We honor GDPR and CCPA rights for users in the EU/UK and California.

Children

Predicty is for users 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect data from minors.

International transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States or other regions, under standard contractual clauses where applicable.

Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, delegate authentication and password handling to a dedicated provider, and keep secrets in environment-based configuration. If you find a vulnerability, please let us know.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time and will note the new effective date here. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app.
