1. What Predicty is

Predicty is an AI analytical platform for prediction markets such as Polymarket and Kalshi. It produces market signals, fair-value estimates, and reasoning to help inform your own decisions. We do not place bets, hold funds, or execute trades on your behalf. Every transaction happens directly between you and the market — Predicty never controls your money.

2. Account & eligibility

You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Predicty. Accounts are managed through our authentication provider, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Subscription & billing

Predicty offers recurring subscriptions — a discounted first-week trial that renews monthly, and a standard monthly plan. Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, which stores your card details securely; Predicty never sees or stores your full card number. You can cancel anytime, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don’t provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

4. Not financial advice

Everything Predicty produces — picks, verdicts, fair values, confidence scores, and edges — is information only. It is not financial, investment, betting, or legal advice. Past performance is no guarantee of future results. You are solely responsible for any bets you place and any losses you incur.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or republish Predicty’s content or APIs at scale;
• Use the service from a jurisdiction where prediction markets or sports betting are illegal;
• Abuse the service — spamming requests, bypassing paywalls, or sharing accounts;
• Use Predicty to harass, defraud, or harm others.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Data & AI

When you analyze a market, the market details (and any screenshot you upload) are sent to our AI provider, Google Gemini, to identify the market and generate a verdict. Uploaded images are used only for that analysis and are not retained afterward. Live market data comes from the public Polymarket and Kalshi APIs. See our Privacy Policy for more.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep Predicty running around the clock but don’t guarantee 100% uptime. The service depends on third parties (market APIs, our AI provider, our payment processor) that may have outages of their own. We recover on a best-effort basis and don’t extend subscription time for routine interruptions.

8. Intellectual property

Predicty owns its brand, software, and platform content. Any account data you create remains yours; you grant us the license needed to host and display it back to you as part of the service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Predicty is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost bets, profits, or missed opportunities. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid Predicty in the three months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we’ll notify you by email or in-app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Predicty after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
